With Macs, double-click on the image at left and then print it out at the proper size. (Apple/P). It's that easy.
For those of you on the dark side (big grin) meaning, using some form of Windows, download the image and print it out the way your version of Windows requires. Windows is hopelessly complicated and changes the way to do things with each update. Good luck!
Remember to change your printer's printing orientation to "landscape." And it's best to print on a heavier sheet of paper, if possible.
