Originating from the Anatolia region of Turkey, these pots were originally used to store olive oil, water, rice and other grains.
It bears noting that each of these pots bears the marks of time. None is perfect because each is quite old.
Our pots come in two sizes, small and large. And, generally speaking, they may be divided into four color categories: Uzes green (a very deep, rich green), Mediterranean green (brighter and bolder) Marbled and Dark (a very deep green, almost black).
